Description

Join us for UNature’s first conference, a free public event exploring how nature can transform mental health, education, and urban planning. Through keynote talks, interactive panels, and hands-on workshops, we will explore some of the most vitally important questions of our time, with a focus on research-backed solutions and community action. Be part of the conversation— let’s connect and re-imagine a healthier and more sustainable future together.

Day 1 of the conference explores the connection between nature and mental health.

Discover the latest scientific research on how nature benefits mental well-being and psychiatric health. Our interactive panel will bring together researchers, psychotherapists, health care administrators, social psychologists, and occupational physicians from Luxembourg and beyond. Together, they’ll discuss practical nature-based mental health solutions, with a specific focus on how to implement them in Luxembourg.
