With: Centre RBC d'Expertise Universitaire en Santé Mentale de l'Université de Sherbrooke

Objective: Prevent anxiety disorders in young people and encourage the use of nature for their mental and physical well-being.

Description: We developed the Hors-Piste Nature program for Quebec high schools, with the aim of preventing anxiety disorders in teenagers and instilling in them the importance of turning to nature to improve their well-being, both mental and physical. Today, this program is available throughout the province of Quebec, offering young people a concrete approach to managing their mental health through the benefits of nature.
